Windbag Saloon & Grill
Helena, MT 59601
The building that houses the Windbag Saloon and Grill dates back to 1882 and has also operated as a bank, a bowling alley, a Vaudeville house, and several bars. The rooms upstairs were dubbed "Dorothy's Rooms," home to the madam "Big Dorothy" Baker, who died in the early 1970s. These rooms had been turned into offices and witnesses have reported hearing music and female laughter, along with the smell of perfume.
Additional paranormal reports at this saloon include the radio changing stations on its own, knocks on the back door when no one is there, and the mirror above the bar reflects movement. A cowboy's apparition has also been spotted in the dining room around lunch time.
